They were incredibly efficient from the start, providing a quote based on pictures I sent them and then completing the job promptly the next day. What impressed me most was their honesty and integrity. After finishing the job, they discovered it was less extensive than originally thought and offered me a lower price than quoted. Instead of pocketing the extra money, they reached out to ask if I preferred a refund or a credit. I opted for the credit, which they graciously offered to hold for future services. These Guys came out checked Gas Cylinder and the work done by BBPlumbing that leaked worse than first rang, I got so upset with for work to be done my carpets totally saturated but they did not care, Yes I was upset and desperate I contacted Sth Auckland Plumbing and they did a fantastic job highly recommend to anyone who needs work done properly don’t use anyone else now but Sth Auckland Plumbing they rock

After initially phoning another company and being told they couldn’t see us until next week we found you by searching online. We were thrilled you were able to come the following day and all went smoothly as I was phoned in advance to give me time to get to our premises to meet Glen. He diagnosed and sorted out our problem quickly and even gave me an idea on what costs might be included if we were to replace our hot water cylinder in the future. He checked our water meter to make sure the leak was not continuing and tidied up when he left.

It's not very often these days I get such exceptional service where it prompts me to write a review, however this is the case with SAP. I have used them on many occasions and every time it is the same, truly fantastic service.
This time I had a leak with my hot water cylinder and was concerned as to whether someone could come the same day as it was a Friday before a long weekend.
Well wasn't I pleasantly surprised when Karen, with the lovely phone manner told me one of their team would be here within the hour. Then I had the very friendly team member Terry arrive with a smile and fixed the leak in no time. I must say the whole experience made my day. If only all companies you dealt with were the same.

South Auckland plumber Chase came late on second visit, as Management put us in the system but omitted to pass the message to Chase. Chase came late afternoon on Friday, quickly established where the unusual pipe leak was and what needed to rectify the problem. Chase returned on Monday afternoon, at an arranged time and efficiently repaired the leakage.

Chase is an excellent communicator and a credit to South Auckland plumbing. He is a friendly, polite person with us and has a very good rapport with his Apprentice and involved him in the whole job. We consider him a very good example for his apprentices to follow.

I reside in Takanini. The mixer in the main bath room started leaking. Water was flowing everywhere. I phoned the S.A.P. Ltd team at 8am on a Sunday morning!. I got my call answered with a friendly and help full voice.

The team were very quick to resolve the problem, a team was booked swiftly and they arrived earlier than the time they proposed. Once they identified where the leak was they sent the repair team in and the boys worked quickly and hard in a very hot shadeless driveway. All of the plumbers they have sent out to me have been amazing and great at explaining what the trouble is and how they are fixing.
Their last visit yesterday got to the bottom of a pressure issue and the plumber took time to explain the situation and show me the test that they were running. Super happy with their service!

My water bill went crazy when I had some people staying with me earlier this year, but after they left the water bill was still crazy and I couldn't figure out why. I found a water leak inside the wall coming out the boards on the side of my house yesterday so I asked them to come and they did later that day. They fixed the issue and the bill was really reasonable. I'm very happy with the job.

I highly recommend Chase and Liam from South Auckland Plumbing Ltd. We called SAP to fix our pressure valve and stabilize our toilet and were given an appointment following our phone call in the next two days. SAP sent Chase and Liam to assess the situation, and not only did they remedy both problems, but they also provided us with fantastic and speedy service. They are efficient, friendly, courteous and professional.
They quote accurately, arrive when they say they will (or call if they need to change the time by a little) and I have found them to be helpful, knowledgeable and give clear explanations for what they have done, without talking down to me.
Asa woman on my own who knows nothing about plumbing except that water comes from a tap (hopefully!), this aspect of their service is really important to me.
Over the years I have had several plumbers from South Auckland Plumbing do work for me and they have always provided excellent service.

The team at South Auckland plumbing go above and beyond the call of duty, They were given a task daunting to most ( very technical underfloor heating setup), and on top of that a very un realistic timeline due to being let down by other subcontractors and they tirelessly worked multiple weekends to not only complete the job but at a finish standard high enough for my OCD.

South Auckland Plumbing replaced our hot water cylinder and also fixed a leak causing water to pour through the ceiling in our kitchen. A very stressful few days which Matt, Ian, Karen and the team helped us through. Plus - the new cylinder looks awesome (weird I know - but it really does!)

The staff are friendly & willing to help out to the best of their ability. The receptionist is pleasant & gets the plumber to you as fast as she can. The work was great & they couldn’t do enough for us. Happy to have them do other work for us as or when we require them.

We are renovating our kitchen and had to have the hot water cylinder relocated, the kitchen sink, dishwasher and fridge plumbed. Plumbers are extremely professional, friendly, fast and reliable. They also left the site tidy and did more than what was expected. Communication with admin staff / plumber was awesome and we are very pleased with the results. Highly recommended!

South Auckland Plumbing has been amazing. We have been renovating our bathroom and due to things being done in stages they have been able to work in with our timeline making it happen. Plumbers being sent out have been professional, courteous with great workman ship and prices are very reasonable. Would defiantly use them again and recommend them. Thanks for all your help 🙂
